We are seeking a Sales Executive Intern with a strong passion for lead generation, cold calling, and sales outreach. The ideal candidate will work closely with our business development team to identify, engage, and nurture potential clients. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in sales strategies, client acquisition techniques, and market research, laying the foundation for a career in business development and sales. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

• Generate qualified leads through online research, databases, and industry-specific platforms. • Perform targeted outreach through cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn prospecting. • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline of prospective clients.

Client Engagement:

• Initiate meaningful conversations with leads to understand their requirements.

• Present Tapitt’s services effectively to potential clients. • Schedule meetings or demos for the senior sales team.

Sales Strategy and CRM Management:

• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and communication history in the CRM tool. • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation strategies. • Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

Other Responsibilities:

• Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and team discussions.

• Actively participate in brainstorming and strategy meetings.

• Continuously upgrade skills related to lead generation tools and techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Mandatory Skills:

• Knowledge of lead generation methods and sales funnels. • Hands-on experience with cold calling and cold emailing practices. • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or similar tools.

✅ Bonus Skills (Brownie Points):

• Knowledge of sales automation tools and email sequencing platforms. • Understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, etc.). • Ability to craft persuasive email templates and sales pitches.
