Chef
Run the kitchen from day one. You’ll be responsible for prep lists, ordering, hygiene standards, and making sure dishes are made to spec and hit financial targets. You’ll need to have enough experience to hold your own – but not so much that you want to completely take over. You’ll be making our food to start with, and have freedom to co-develop the menu over time.
Second Chef
You might be a junior sous looking to step up. You’ll support the lead chef, help keep the kitchen spotless, and be confident jumping in when the main chef is off. It’s about being reliable, flexible, and calm under pressure.
FOH/BOH – The Swiss Army Knife
You do a bit of everything. Jump into the kitchen to help with prep or dishes, and out front to run food or drinks when needed. You’re practical, flexible, and love learning all sides of the operation.
Barista
You’ll be our go-to person on the coffee machine, setting the pace and energy for the space. Personality and warmth matter just as much as coffee skills – if you’ve got both, even better. You’ll also handle the takeaway till and help shape the rhythm of the café day-to-day. We’re looking for someone who’s tidy, well-organised, quick on their feet, and pays attention to the little detail.
FOH Supervisor
You’re great with people, quick on your feet, and can confidently hold the fort when Julia isn’t there. You’ll greet guests, wait tables, jump on the coffee machine when needed, and ideally grow into a general manager role over 6 months.
FOH Server 1 (Front)
You love hosting, chatting with guests, and running a full section solo. You’re comfortable helping the kitchen if needed and understand what good service feels like.
