At Invisions Property, your income reflects your drive and success. Here’s what you can realistically expect:

Lettings Commission (Upfront)
You earn 30% of the lettings fee on every deal you bring in. (This is only when you bring in the landlord client - If Invisions brings in the landlord client you get 10%)
Example: You let a £8,000/month property (annual rent: £96,000)
You earn: £2,880 upfront (30% of the letting fee)
Management Commission (Ongoing Monthly)
When the landlord chooses our fully managed service, you’ll also earn 30% of the fee through upfront and monthly commission throughout the tenancy.
Example: You let a £8,000/month property (annual rent: £96,000)
Your commission (30% of company fee) = £4,320
How You Get Paid:

50% upfront when the tenancy starts: £2,160

50% over the next 11 months (£196/month) while managing the tenancy

Realistic Earning Potential

Month 1: 1 landlord, £5k (Fully Managed Property) → upfront £1,350, ongoing £123

Month 3: 2 landlords, £5k + £8k (Full Managed Properties) → upfront £3,510, ongoing £442

Months 4–6: 2–3 landlords/month → upfront £7,830, ongoing £1,176

Year 1 Total: Upfront ~£87,300, ongoing ~£14,400 → Total ~£101,700

What Your Days Might Look Like

- Sourcing high-end listings through your network, referrals, or our warm leads

- Preparing a Prime or Super Prime property for market with our team’s support

- Booking and conducting high-standard viewings (virtual or in person)

- Following up with tenants and landlords to build trust and close deals

- Managing the full tenancy setup - from tenant referencing and right-to-rent checks to preparing and issuing tenancy agreements, coordinating move-ins, and ensuring full compliance is met.

- Negotiating renewals or upselling management to increase your income

- Attending agent calls, accountability check-ins, or mindset trainings (1–2/week)

- Celebrating a closing with the team and logging into your commission dashboard

You have full flexibility but you must have discipline.

We prioritise outcomes, not hours. You own your pipeline, pace, and performance

This is a remote-first, commission-only position offering full flexibility and uncapped earning potential.

You’ll operate independently day to day, managing your own pipeline, schedule, and deals but you’re never working alone! We’re building a tight-knit, high-performance team that supports each other through regular team meetings, ongoing training, and shared knowledge.

You’ll be fully supported with systems, tools, and access to luxury clients and while the role is primarily remote, you’ll need to be available for viewings, valuations, and relationship-building when needed, or coordinate these with the team.


Must Have: The Invisions Property Standard (You will also receive training!)

Lettings or High-ticket sales experience (1–2 years+) - ideally in luxury, Prime/Super Prime, or HNW client-facing roles

Client confidence: Comfortable dealing with HNW/UHNW clients and their teams.

Exceptional communication and persuasive sales skills: You know how to build instant rapport, negotiate confidently, and close deals with sophistication.
A fiercely entrepreneurial mindset: You take ownership, hustle hard, and proactively grow your own portfolio with passion and strategic network.
A polished, professional presence: You represent luxury and integrity in every interaction, online or in person.
Tech-savvy and digitally fluent: Comfortable using CRM systems, AI tools, and virtual communication to deliver a seamless client experience.
A strong personal network or a hunger to build one: You come ready to source and secure high-value instructions independently.
Self-motivated and disciplined: You thrive without micromanagement, managing your own pipeline and targets with relentless focus.

Already have relationships with London landlords, developers, or investors

Have listed or let luxury properties (prime, super prime central or high-value homes)

Have experience with remote self-employed roles and can manage your own pipeline confidently

Know how to generate your own leads through social media, networking, or content

Understand or speak multiple languages, especially Portuguese, Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic, or Russian (useful for HNW clients)
