If a participant(s) wishes to cancel their registration, they must notify us in writing via email to
[email protected]. Cancellations received on or before
30 April 2025, will be eligible for a full refund of the paid advance. After
April 30 2025, the advance amount will not be refunded. Requests received until
14 August 2025, will receive a refund of 50% of the paid amount (excluding the advance amount). Requests received until
29 August 2025 will receive 25% of the paid amount (excluding the advance amount). Requests received until
5 September 2025, will receive only 10% of the paid amount (excluding the advance amount). Any requests received after this date will not receive any refunds.
In case of event cancellation or postponement due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other emergencies (force majeure), we will refund the paid amount (excluding the advance amount). However, we will not be responsible for any other costs or expenses incurred, such as travel or accommodation expenses.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days.
