• Run hypothesis testing for campaign setup, ads, and cross-channel optimization.
• Provide actionable recommendations for creative iterations based on performance data

Strategic Leadership

• Work independently to drive conversion targets and organizational growth objectives
• Constantly ask what we can do to improve. Consider our landing page testing, how we measure data, how we report events via pixels, how we allocate budget, how we generate ads, and any other related elements that can assist in driving our performance.
• Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to leadership team
• Stay ahead of industry trends, platform changes, and competitive landscape
• Join calls with our assigned support teams from Meta, Snap, etc to stay informed of their best practices, the latest product updates and future releases within paid ad platforms

• Understanding of google sheets/excel basic functions.
• Excellent project management skills with ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• In-house performance channel management.
