Full Stack Software Engineer

What We’re Looking For:

• You’re excited about the mission to unlock communication by growing access to speech therapy for kids and improving outcomes

• You have extensive experience building web applications from scratch

• You can design and implement scalable application architecture, testing strategies, and CI/CD pipelines

• You care about user privacy and follow best practices to safeguard data with utmost respect

• You have experience with data privacy compliance (e.g., HIPAA, FERPA)

• You care about application security, and design and implement infrastructure and code that is safe and sound

• You have reasonable decision-making processes, and lead effective discussions outlining tradeoffs and incorporating inputs towards consensus

• You value and thrive in a culture that combines empathy, respect, and collaboration with high performance expectations to drive positive impact

• You effectively leverage AI-based tools alongside strong technical fundamentals to design systems, develop and test the front/backend, manage CI/CD pipelines and deployments, and debug issues

• You have background on or are excited to learn about gaming

Technical Stack Experience
Required: React (responsive), TypeScript, AWS core services (ECS, S3, Lambda, IAM), DB (NoSQL and/or SQL), RTC (WebSockets/WebRTC), perf optimization

Preferred: 

AWS Amplify, AppSync, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch

DynamoDB (or other NoSQL)

Playwright (or other test automation framework)

Phaser
