• Proposal Creation:
Develop compelling proposals that align with client briefs and industry best practices, ensuring all proposals are strategically sound and effectively highlight the agency’s capabilities.
• Content Ideation & Planning:
Ideate engaging social media content concepts that align with each client’s brand voice, audience, and campaign objectives. Assist in planning and managing monthly social media calendars and scheduling posts and copy across platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Community Management:
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to build and maintain strong online communities. Engage authentically with followers and ensure that brand tone and communication remain consistent across all touchpoints.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Analyze social media performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns. Prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations for content improvements and engagement strategies.
• Trend Research:
Stay updated on social media trends and new design inspirations to continuously bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table with the team.
• Team Collaboration:
Attend in-person team meetings every Tuesday and Wednesday to review project progress, brainstorm content ideas, and align on campaign strategies. Participate in client meetings to share updates, present content plans, and contribute to creative discussions.
