I've been running a podcast since 2018 around our relationship to work and the stories and scripts that people have around work and all the things that comes up when people start thinking about that.
From 2018 to 2022, I had about 500 "curiosity conversations" with strangers from around the world from dozens of countries and in a wide range of situations. I've seen a pretty diverse range of backgrounds and feelings toward things like work, money, and life.
I am doing an experiment to interview people in public and share how I think through our relationship with work and maybe help some people along the way.
