Partnership Manager

We’re looking for a experienced Head of Partnerships to play a critical role in expanding our partner network, educating them on what we do, and ensuring they refer as many (qualified) customers to us as possible. This is a highly interpersonal role requiring someone who is not only personable and charismatic but also has a deep understanding of the eCommerce and SaaS industries.

As our public-facing representative, this person will serve as our main person at industry events and partner meetings, requiring excellent people skills and willingness to travel. They will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners through both virtual and in-person engagements.

You will be responsible for:

1. Building and maintaining strategic partnerships with key industry players, including e-commerce platforms, marketing agencies, technology providers and communities

2. Developing and executing partnership strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth

3. Creating and delivering compelling presentations to potential partners about Ecomflow's value proposition

4. Managing the full partnership lifecycle from identification and outreach to relationship nurturing and performance tracking

4.1 maintaining our CRM system to track partner engagement, opportunities, and performance metrics (GoHighLevel)

5. Representing Ecomflow at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

6. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and upcoming events to identify strategic partnership opportunities

7. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure partner needs are met and integration processes run smoothly


You are a:
