ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a experienced Partnerships Manager to play a critical role in expanding our partner network, educating them on what we do, and ensuring we develop mutually beneficial relationships where partners refer qualified customers to us, and we direct relevant business opportunities to them. This is a highly interpersonal role requiring someone who is not only personable and charismatic but also has a deep understanding of the eCommerce and SaaS industries.

As our public-facing representative, this person will serve as our main person at industry events and partner meetings, requiring excellent people skills and willingness to travel. They will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners through both virtual and in-person engagements.

You will be responsible for:

1. Building and maintaining strategic partnerships with key industry players, including e-commerce platforms, marketing agencies, technology providers and communities

2. Developing and executing partnership strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth

3. Creating and delivering compelling presentations to potential partners about Ecomflow's value proposition

4. Managing the full partnership lifecycle from identification and outreach to relationship nurturing and performance tracking

4.1 maintaining our CRM system to track partner engagement, opportunities, and performance metrics (GoHighLevel)

5. Representing Ecomflow at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

6. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and upcoming events to identify strategic partnership opportunities

7. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure partner needs are met and integration processes run smoothly


What We're Looking For:
Super Personable: You excel at building and maintaining relationships, and you're a natural networker who can easily connect with partners, clients, and internal teams.
Experienced in eCommerce: You have hands-on experience in the eCommerce industry, ideally in a SaaS-related role.
Strategic Thinker: You’re able to spot growth opportunities and craft effective strategies to capitalize on them.
Results-Driven: You have a proven track record of driving measurable outcomes through successful partnerships and initiatives.
Bilingual Fluency: Fluency in both Mandarin and English is compulsory. You must be able to communicate clearly and confidently in both languages, as this role involves regular interaction with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.
Location: This is an on-site role based in Hong Kong.
We're looking for someone who can work full-time from our Hong Kong office and contribute actively to our in-person team culture.
