We’re looking for a energetic Brand Success Manager to join our team. This person is responsible for guaranteeing success for all our clients, serving as the main point of contact to onboard new clients, delegate tasks to the relevant department, build report on feedback, and frequently check-in.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of e-commerce operations, the ability to identify a potential fit for one of our partners to help overall client success, and very hands on management with the ability to properly track your tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about making sure our customers are happy :)
