Like any community, though, we have come together around shared values that we hold fiercely in order to foster a truly safe space. The list below is not exhaustive and will be forever ongoing as we all work to educate ourselves and be better each day. Here are some of our important shared values: We believe black lives matter. We are an ally to LGBTQIA+ community. We believe women's rights are human rights. We believe in science and spreading information that is based in fact. We believe climate change is real. We believe that no human is illegal and that immigrants have and still do enrich our country. We believe in equity over equality. We believe that Rose could have made room on the door for Jack. How did that last one get in there? Weird. Anyway, we so look forward to hearing from you to see if we'd be great fit for each other to enhance The Dream Team community.
