My period journey. 

Irregular periods (too short, too long, too much time in between, too variable)

Physical pain (such as cramps, headaches, back pain)

Mood / emotional swings (such as PMS, depression during your cycle)

Ongoing pain due to a reproductive disorder (e.g., endometriosis, PCOS, cystic fibrosis, infertility)

No - I do not experience any of the above

Lifestyle habits (such as exercise, heat, nutrition, etc.)
