Your responsibilities will include welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently, handling reservations, answering inquiries, and providing local recommendations. You’ll also coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service, all while maintaining a warm and professional demeanor. Job Description

Job Title: Front Office Associate

Location: Ao Nang, Krabi, Thailand

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests warmly and check them in and out efficiently.
- Manage room bookings and address any reservation issues.
Offer information about the hotel’s services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of guest information, room assignments, and billing details.
- Monitor and enforce hotel security and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

- Completed Grade 6 or equivalent education
- Proficient in English communication
- Experienced candidates will be given special consideration
- Detail-oriented, clean, diligent, honest, and patient
- Good interpersonal skills and enthusiastic about work
- Able to work well under pressure without displaying negative emotions towards customer service
- Fully vaccinated with supporting documentation
