Desquared S.A - Junior UI/UX Designer

Are you passionate about crafting delightful digital experiences? At Desquared, we’re looking for a creative and driven junior UX/UI Designer to join our team and help shape the future of our digital products.

As a UX/UI Designer, you'll collaborate with our team to deliver user-centered solutions for web and mobile projects like COSMOTE, What's Up, myHERON, Shopflix and BOX apps. You'll work through each stage of the Desquared design process—strategy, concept, build & grow. Your role will focus on making our products functional, visually refined, and accessible to all users. You’ll have the opportunity to learn from industry veterans, contribute fresh ideas in Design Critiques and see your designs come to life in products used by thousands of people.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in UX/UI design or a related field.
- Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools.
- Good understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills in English.
- A portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design work (personal, academic, or professional projects).

Nice to have

- Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with basic front-end technologies (HTML, CSS).
- Familiarity with design systems and reusable components.
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
- Interest in learning about accessibility and inclusive design. - Experience in designing mobile applications.
