VybeSchool At VybeSchool, we’re reimagining how India learns — with AI at the center. From school students to working professionals, we’re building India’s first GenAI-native learning platform designed for the next generation of creators, coders, and curious minds.
We're looking someone who’s proficient in any tech stack, not to write code line-by-line, but to understand, analyze, and guide AI to build smarter. If you can read code like a map, identify issues, and use AI tools effectively to get work done—this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze and understand codebases across any tech stack (HTML, CSS, JS, Python, etc.)
- Guide team members, creators, and students on how to build smarter using GenAI tools
- Help us build a new-age learning system where understanding beats copy-pasting
- Contribute to AI-driven workflows, prompts, and solutions that accelerate productivity and innovation
What You Bring
- Strong knowledge of at least one tech stack, and ability to read and navigate across others
- Comfort with using AI tools (like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Replit, etc.) as co-developers
- Systems thinking — ability to visualize code structure, flow, and dependencies
- Communication skills to simplify and explain logic to others or AI
- Curiosity to explore GenAI-driven development and automation
Bonus Vybes (Nice to Have)
- Experience with AI-enhanced development or prompt engineering
- Previously built or guided an AI-generated app or tool
- Created content explaining technical systems or architecture
- Passionate about education and making tech learning smarter and faster
Must-Have Qualifications
Proficiency in at least one modern tech stack (e.g., JavaScript, Python,
Node.js, React, etc.)
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Replit, ChatGPT, etc.)
Ability to analyze and understand codebases across frontend/backend with a systems-thinking approach
Fluent communication
Strong explanation and teaching skills — able to simplify technical logic for others or for AI prompts
Passion for GenAI and building smarter workflows — curious and experimental with new tools and automation
Ability to guide others through AI-assisted development — mentoring, code reviews, and prompt design
Experience using open-source platforms and tools (e.g., Hugging Face, LangChain, Supabase, Firebase)
Self-starter attitude with an ownership mindset — can take initiative, test fast, and deliver independently
