This position creates a welcoming, safe, and empowering environment for all Shine Fitness Studio clientele and staff members. The Customer Care Champion is critical in providing a first-class experience to members, prospective members, and visitors to Shine Fitness Studio. Together with other members of the Shine Team, the Front Desk is an ambassador for the organization and will be the first point of contact for Shine clientele.
