This is a co-living building, so the kitchen and living room are shared between people.
You and the other 47 members of the co-op decide together how the building is run, this will involve some light responsibilities such as sharing and resolving problems, contributing ideas and voting on ideas to make the co-op a better place to live.
We expect in the first few months, there might be more meetings as we all unite on a vision for Marples to get it off the ground. Are you happy to put in some time to attend meetings, especially in the first few months - to make the property a beautiful place to live?
Are you also comfortable that there may be some light building works in the early months? e.g. solar panels, murals, gym, cinema room.
