Resolution Form

A Way in the Waters: The Second Convention of the Episcopal Diocese of the Great Lakes

Resolutions may be proposed by four clergy and four laypeople using this form. All resolutions will be reviewed by the Resolutions Review Committee.

The deadline for resolutions to be considered at our second convention is August 26.

The Co-Chairs of the Resolutions Committee are the Revs. Kay Houck and Nancy Mayhew.

A resolution may originate by petition from at least four lay members and four canonically resident clerics from the diocese. This form accommodates resolutions submitted by petition. Please list the proposing members below.
