1. If we feel you are a good fit, we will send you an email to register and complete on profile application.
2. You will need to fully fill out the application, which includes uploading an audio clip of yourself, an updated resume and a current ID
3. Our recruiting team will be reviewing applications in the order that they are received.
4. If your application is approved, you will be sent a contract to sign.
5. Once we have checked the contract for accuracy and countersigned it, we will approve you for training.
6. You will then log back into the platform and attend a training program on how to navigate the reservation system and how to help callers book hotels.
7. After training, you will finish setting up your account and you are ready to start taking calls.
8. You will need a High-speed Internet (preferably w/ ethernet), Chrome browser and an audio headset/microphone (apple headphones/mic may work too).
9. When you sign in (any time, 24x7), you will be offered calls of customers looking to make hotel reservations. No cold calling.
10. You don't need a phone; the call will be delivered through the Chrome browser via your internet connection and headset.
11. If your call results in a booking, you will earn commission in the form of a revenue share after the guest checks out and the reservation is settled.
12. We process payments every Tuesday, and you will be paid via check, or direct deposit.
13. Call volume is based on your booking results and service ratings.
14. Based on your overall performance, you can expect to make from $10-$30 USD per hour. 15. Actual amounts vary depending on your sales performance and call demand when you sign in.
