Private Mentorship Application

Please read below before applying

There are different ways to work with me on a 1:1 basis. Each option serves different purposes and require different levels of commitment.

For long term mentorship, I operate in "intakes" with my next intake in April. If you apply, you will be placed on the waitlist for when spots are available in the next intake.

Based on your application, I will recommend the most appropriate pathway for mentorship. Please read more information about the options below.
Option 1: 60 Minute Communication and Leadership Strategic Session

This session is best suited for you if:

- You know your communication is part of the bottleneck in sales, leadership, visibility or decision making

- You have a specific decision, concept or problem that you want feedback on

- You value different perspectives and opinions

- You desire precise and honest feedback on key weaknesses

- You want to leave with clarity, not purely motivation or inspiration

This session works at the intersection of:

- Business strategy

- Communication

- Leadership presence and decision making

This is a "diagnostic" style session where I identify the key areas for improvement.
At the end of the session you will receive an in depth audit document so you can walk away with knowledge, tools and practical strategies on how to improve. This document includes a pre session analysis which I will create based on an onboarding form you will be sent after booking in, session notes and analysis and post session recommendations and action steps.
This option is best suited for someone who is not desiring a long term commitment or mentorship, but values direct feedback on a key issue so they can gain awareness and practical guidance on how to improve.
Investment: $399 inclusive of GST. Payment must be made to secure your session. If you desire to invest in a one off strategic session, please message me directly on Instagram to organise your session.
Option 2: Communication, Leadership & Business Mentorship

This option is for long term mentorship, not short term problem solving. The minimum commitment is 6 months which allows us to create real, transformative change that is not possible in a short term or one off session. This timeframe allows us to move through different "phases" in mentorship to ensure we are evolving from the root of this work which begins with identity and behavioural change.

This work is for business owners or leaders who are already competent, credible and working with people and want to refine how they communicate, decide, and lead under pressure, not learn how to start.

Communication patterns, leadership posture, and decision making under pressure do not change through intensity or insight alone. They change through consistent, applied refinement.

Not all applications are accepted to ensure we are a right fit for each other.

What mentorship looks like:
I offer two different styles of long term container which we can assess on which option suits your communication goals and the level of support required.
Option A: Strategic Sessions
This package includes:
- One private 1:1 session per month
- Direct support between sessions through our private Telegram chat
- Ongoing refinement and auditing of communication, marketing and content
- Monthly check in forms to assess progress, wins and areas for improvement
- In depth onboarding business, communication and leadership scan to shape our game plan for our container together

Option B: Partnership
This package includes:
Everything outlined above and includes:
- Two private 1:1 sessions per month
- Access to relevant education released during your time in the mentorship
- Option for weekly submissions of content, marketing or copywriting materials for analysis and feedback
Investment: $1,500 per month

Our mentorship may include areas such as:

- Communication under pressure (sales, leadership, visibility, conflict)

- Decision making clarity and execution

- Leadership boundaries and authority without force or harshness

- Legal and ethical boundaries that inform how you operate, lead and speak

- Identity recalibration during growth phases

- Reducing self censorship, hesitation and overthinking

- Navigating high stake conversations and conflict resolution

- Marketing communication and strategy, content creation and brand development

This is not template based coaching. Nothing is generic. Everything is specific to how you operate and the voice, leadership and identity you are desiring to build.

How I approach communication:
There are three key components to what influences my approach to communication:
1. Qualification
2. Experience
3. Embodiment
I am a legally educated communicator. My two undergraduate degrees (LLB/BA(Politics)), inform how I teach, advise and coach. I have studied language, speaking and persuasion through political theories and legal frameworks.
Over the past 4.5 years, I have taught well over 500 students in person and online allowing me to research first hand the common patterns, barriers and behaviours that stop people from expressing their voice without hesitation.
Beyond this, I have lived, breathed and continue to embody this work at different levels of growth. From winning awards and being recognised for excellent advocacy skills throughout my studies to experiencing my own journey with conviction within my voice, I know first hand what it is like to experience this work at the early stages to building a voice that influences others.
With my approach to communication, I do not teach "fake it until you make it". I work with precision, presence, and pressure.
I am interested in how you:
- Hold authority when it would be easier to back down or be silent
- Speak clearly without over explaining or rambling
- Make decisions without outsourcing certainty
- Lead without second guessing
What we work on together:
This mentorship is not communication “training” in the conventional sense.

My work focuses on how you think, speak, and hold yourself under pressure in rooms that matter, conversations that carry consequence and moments where performance collapses and truth is required.

Inside of mentorship, we address:

- Precision and clarity of thought and language:
We refine how you form arguments and articulate opinions without filler, softening or over explaining. This is about learning to speak from a grounded place.
- Behavioural change under pressure:
We work directly with the moments you freeze, rush, or abandon your position whilst also looking at how your nervous system responds when your voice is required.
- Identity recalibration: We look at how your perception of self influences how you speak and show up in your relationships. We look at where you manage your own perception, and where you adjust your voice and who you are based on who you're talking to
- Authority that does not rely on dominance or force:
You learn to hold your ground, leadership and voice without defensiveness or justification. You learn how to build presence that is not situational.
- Advanced listening and conversational control:Learn how to be an active listener, guide conversations without manipulation or becoming silent, assert boundaries, challenge points respectfully and learn to disagree without being disagreeable.
- Embodied communication:We work with vocal technique through your posture, pacing, eye contact and overall regulation so your body supports the words you're sharing rather than giving the impression that you are unsure of yourself.
- Application to real life:This work applies to leadership, business decisions, boundaries, conflict, public-facing roles, relationships, and any environment where your voice carries consequence.

This work is a structural recalibration of how you relate to your voice so it holds under pressure and in everyday moments.
This is not for you if:
- You are looking for confidence tricks, affirmations or surface level communication tips.
- You prefer performance over substance, or visibility over integrity.
- You can’t take feedback without thinking it is a personal attack.
- You are seeking external authority instead of developing your own.
- You expect quick fixes or immediate transofmratoin
- You are not prepared to apply this work in real conversations and integrate it into your life
This work requires honesty, restraint and personal responsibility.
If that feels confronting, good. But if you're unprepared to explore that feeling and learn, this is not the right container for you.
Next Steps:
If mentorship interests you, I encourage you to fill out the application form on the next few pages. Be honest in your responses and provide depth. Rushed answers will not be assessed. This application will indicate your level of commitment and willingness to this work.
After reading your application, I will contact you via Instagram to inform you if your application was successful and what the next steps are.
I am looking forward to reading your application!
