Personal Enrichment Program, or PEP, is a week long online boot camp, specifically designed for the students of classes XI and XII (including the batch of 2024-25) to enhance their industry specific soft skills, ranging from communication, leadership and problem solving to key skills like the knowledge of stocks, personal financial planning, consulting and research.
The program is well engineered and thoughtfully developed by the team of the Human Resource Development Cell, Shri Ram College of Commerce for those who want to be market ready before entering the college and gain guidance from industry experts for their careers.
