Greetings! 👋🙋♂️ We are Harris and Paul! We are friendly, quiet, clean, respectful work-from-home software engineers. We have TWO five bedroom homes intentionally designed with rooms for rent. We live in one house, but rent rooms in BOTH.

A) 🧼 About us: We don't vape or smoke, use drugs, drink alcohol, party, eat sugar, follow sports, or even watch TV. We don't have indoor pets and we are super clean. We are very nerdy, especially about CoLiving real estate 😂
(It is NOT a requirement for you to be the same as us OR previous housemates. BUT if you think you won't get along with us, you may want to stop here. For the 5% of you who read this and think "Well, this sounds delightful 🙂", we want to meet YOU! 😁)
B) Our housemates have included young professionals, traveling nurses, military service members, seniors, and digital nomads. We look for stable income (salaried or commission, 2.5x+ rent), no evictions/felonies, and good credit score. Often times, they have been new to Charleston and want to save on rent in order to eventually buy their own house! 🙌
C) 🤫 Clean, Quiet, Safe: As housemates, all of us are fairly quiet, especially since we have different schedules during the day. At night, sometimes we hang out and talk -- that's what happens when there's no TV! 😲📺. Our usual work schedule is sleep around 11 PM and wake around 7 AM.
D) 📚 Hobbies: Our hobbies are listening to real estate and relationship audiobooks, going on walks, and attending in-person real estate and business networking events. In the house we live in, sometimes we host friends lunches/dinners, book clubs, and multi-house meetups.
Harris is also the President of Toastmasters, an international in-person public speaking organization 100+ years old. We meet 2nd & 4th Mondays at 5:55 PM in Mt Pleasant. (Guests are always welcome. Join us if interested!)
