The study
#GasGoals: Understanding Consumer Preferences in LPG Usage is conducted by
AB Management Economics students from Ateneo De Manila University. The study aims to learn about consumer behavior in terms of their LPG purchasing and usage. You will be asked to fill in a survey questionnaire that will take 15 to 20 minutes of your time. In line with this, we seek your consent to collect and process certain personal information, which may include your sex, age, marital status, and contact information (e.g., email address or mobile number).
The information you provide will be used solely for the following purposes:
(1) To randomly select and appropriately profile survey respondents;
(2) To contact you for clarification or validation of your responses, if necessary;
(3) To analyze survey results according to respondent demographics, in an aggregated and anonymized manner.
All personal data collected will be handled with strict confidentiality and used exclusively for research purposes. Your information will not be disclosed to anyone outside the research team without your explicit consent. Data will be securely stored and retained for a maximum of two (2) years, after which it will be permanently deleted.
This study will fully comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and all applicable regulations. You have the right to be informed, object, access, rectify, and withdraw consent at any time without penalty.
