Drawing/Painting Contest Rules: 10th May 2024 @ 3pm IST - Category A: (Ages 4-8 years) Category B: (Ages 9-12 years) - Topic: Mango/Jackfruit : 1. Medium and Materials: Contestants must bring their own drawing/painting materials, such as pencils, colors, brushes, etc. The use of any medium is allowed. 2. Drawing Sheet: An A3 size drawing sheet will be provided to each contestant for their artwork. 3. Reporting Time: Contestants are required to report to the contest venue 30 minutes before the competition starts. This ensures smooth organization and preparation. 4. These rules aim to facilitate a creative and enjoyable experience for young participants in the drawing/painting contest, while also ensuring fair competition within each age category.
Jackfruit Weight Guessing Contest 11th May 2024 @ 3pm IST -for Elders Rules: Eligibility: The contest is open to individuals aged 18 and above. Guess Submission: Participants must submit their guess for the weight of the jackfruit provided for the contest. Jackfruit Inspection: Participants may visually inspect the jackfruit without touching it to make their guess. Guess Accuracy: The guess should be in kilograms (kg).Deadline: Guesses must be submitted before the specified deadline, usually before the jackfruit is weighed. Prize: The participant who guesses the closest to the actual weight of the jackfruit wins the contest. Disqualification: Participants found to be engaging in any form of cheating or unfair practices will be disqualified from the contest. Organizer's Decision: The organizer's decision regarding the winner and any disputes that may arise is final. These rules aim to provide a fun and engaging activity for elders while encouraging accurate estimations of weight.
🌿Cookery contest: ( using Jackfruit/Mango) 12th May 2024 @ 3pm IST - Registration and Contest Rules: 1. Registration Deadline: All participants must register on or before 11th May 2024. 2. Venue Reporting: Participants must report to the event venue at the specified time. 3. Preparation Guidelines: All dishes must be prepared at home. No cooking is allowed at the contest venue. Participants should bring their prepared dishes ready to be served. 4. Serving Quantity: The quantity of the prepared dish should be sufficient to serve 4 people. 5. Ingredient Restrictions: No artificial substances are allowed in the preparation of dishes. Participants must use natural ingredients only.
