I affirm that this submission has not been previously published elsewhere in any form, and is not subject to copyright or any other rights except my (our) own to be transferred Nutritional Perspectives. I affirm that any content that has been previously published has been brought to the attention of the editor and appropriate attribution and authorizations has been provided. I understand that any instances of potential plagiarism or publication malpractice will be investigated by the editor using the policies delineated in the Submission Guidelines and Editorial Policy.
