Compensation

Per Client:
10–17.5% of Client Retainer + $200
Min.: $778 per Client/month
Avg.: $1,215 per Client/month
Max.: $3,721 per Client/month
Base Pay (weekly):
$100 + (additional $10 per week each week), max. $400
e.g.: 22 weeks with us, paid $320 that week

How would you go about creating a campaign / multiple campaigns in this scenario?

Modal is looking to target companies who show particular interest in AI/ML. Their ICP is not easily distinguished by simple industry / keyword / database filters etc. How might you go about gathering and qualifying contacts to be enrolled in campaigns for this client?

What sort of messaging would you use to target Wellifiy's ICP?

Write 3 dot points outlining relevant pain points that Wellifiy's ICP might face, and another 3 dot points outlining how you might target these pain points in copywriting; can be specific examples, general ideas of tone / phrasing etc, or anything else that conveys how you'd create copywriting that targets those pain points.

Describe how you would create the following:

Leads which respond positively to outreach are received by webhook into Clay for a campaign which mentions a particular lead magnet; the copywriting has a CTA along the lines of "I've got a list of 500 contacts from your ICP with verified emails, let me know if you're interested and I can send across the link". How would you go about implementing something like this?

How would you go about creating the following RevOps workflow?:

A company has a CRM with many stale leads, outdated contact data and incomplete entries. You are tasked with enriching these leads, figuring out which contact data is out of date / invalid, and implementing a new lead-scoring system in order to make it clear to the company's sales team which leads should be prioritised for Cold Calling. This is to run on a schedule every week and will take in all of the contacts from the CRM as input. You also have free reign to create new CRM properties and such as necessary. How would you go about implementing this workflow?

Our Account Executive role consists of creating and managing campaigns on behalf of Junoleads, including inbox management. Getting on sales calls is also optional but greatly encouraged.
You will also have the choice to manage any clients which sign from your campaigns as a GTM Engineer.
