Current Carbon Dioxide Removal and Future Ambitions

We invite you to contribute to our joint research survey conducted by CDR.fyi and the State of Carbon Dioxide Removal. The results of this survey will support the third edition of the State of Carbon Dioxide Removal (CDR) report, scheduled for release in May 2026. The State of CDR reports are intended to regularly inform researchers, policymakers, and practitioners on the state of CDR progress, by systematically collecting and analysing the vast amount of global data. You can find the previous two editions here: The State of Carbon Dioxide Removal The results will also support CDR.fyi's efforts to deliver market transparency. Your input would be greatly appreciated and will help us define the evidence base for global CDR growth.
Information you mark confidential will only be used in aggregate reporting.
Publicly available links or information will be shared. The form should take approximately 5 mins to complete, and has 5 sections: 1. Basic Information (company and project name, CDR technology) 2. Project / Company Specifics (location, start date) 3. Project / Company Status (operational, in-planning, etc.) 4. Delivered CDR 5. Future Removal Capacity Ambitions If a section or question is not relevant to your company, please skip to the next question/section. If your company operates multiple projects using the same CDR technology, you may either complete a separate survey for each project or report combined company totals in the relevant text boxes. If your company operates projects using different CDR methods (e.g., biochar and BECCS), please complete a separate survey for each method so we can accurately calculate the total CDR by method. We will be happy to address any questions or concerns at [email protected]. Thank you in advance for your time and contribution! With appreciation, The CDR.fyi & State of CDR teams
