Shipping & Order Policy
By submitting this shipping form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following:
All sales are final. No cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds.
All claims must be included on your shipping form. Claims not listed may delay processing or be excluded from shipment.
Orders are bundled at the discretion of LizWiz Designs. Claims from multiple shopping dates and/or shopping forms may be combined into one shipment. Shipping quotes are based on the total bundled order, not individual shopping dates.
Submitting a shipping form does not guarantee immediate shipment. Orders are processed according to LizWiz Designs’ current processing timeline.
Shipping quotes are sent within 7–10 business days after your completed shipping form is received. Quotes will be sent via message or Cash App request.
Shipping payment is due within 7 days of receiving your shipping quote.
Each package includes up to $100 of carrier insurance. Additional insurance is available upon request before your package ships. Any additional insurance cost is the customer’s responsibility.
Please verify your shipping address before submitting your form. LizWiz Designs is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Once your package has been accepted by USPS or UPS, LizWiz Designs is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Tracking information will be automatically sent to your email once your order has shipped.
