Vendor Form Plant Cunning Conference

Introduction

Greetings potential vendors! Thank you for your interest in vending your wares or services here at the second annual Plant Cunning Conference on July 26th, 27th and 28th here at Cohosh Creek Herb Farm in Central NY.
The vendor fee is $45 for a 10x10 space. Camping is included for vendors this year. All vendors and assistants will need to be registered for the conference and purchase a meal plan if they are interested in that.
Please bring your own tent, tent weights for all four corners and ropes or ratchet straps to attach the weights, tables and chairs. The weights for the tent are pretty crucial in our windy area (we lost 3 tents last year to wind during a brief storm!). Cinder blocks work great. Kettle bells weighing at least 10lbs in each corner also can work.
Our conference does not have security or locked facilities, so we recommend keeping cash on your person at all times and at night we recommend putting your products away in a vehicle or under the table, or covering with a cloth to deter anyone from theft but it is a pretty safe and sweet environment so we doubt that will be an issue. That being said, Plant Cunning is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
We have cell phone service but not wifi in the vendor area, which may affect your ability to take credit card sales if your service requires wifi, so we encourage conference attendees to bring cash for vendors. There is wifi access on the front porch if you ever need to run over and get online for a moment.
There is no electric hook up for vendors in the vendor area.
Please be sure to clean up all trash and supplies with you when you pack out.
Once we receive and approve your form we will send you an invoice for the vendor fee you can pay with a card.

Arrival and Departure:

The conference will be open to registrants starting at 11am Friday July 26th and the opening ceremony this year starts on Friday at 3:00pm ET. The event will wrap up on Sunday afternoon, July 28th 2024. You're welcome to come set up as early as Thursday July 25th and camp out. We ask that you are set up no later than Saturday at 9:30am EST but strongly encourage you to get here before Friday at 1pm
