PARTICIPANT & VOLUNTEER RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS,

ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

READ CAREFULLY – THIS DOCUMENT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

Event Name: One For All Enduro / GRRR Race Series

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that mountain bike racing involves inherent risks, including but not limited to serious injury, death, collisions, obstacles, weather conditions, mechanical failures, and property damage. I voluntarily assume all risks, whether known or unknown, including those caused by negligence.

2. WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

In consideration of my participation, I hereby waive, release, and discharge Grass Roots Racing Reno (GRRR), its officers, volunteers, sponsors, landowners, vendors, and all affiliated parties (“Released Parties”) from any liability, claims, or damages, including those arising from negligence.

I agree that the Released Parties shall not be held liable for:

Any injury, death, or property damage sustained during the Event.

Loss or damage to personal equipment.

Any claim related to emergency medical treatment provided or not provided.

3. INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT

I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

My participation in the Event;

My conduct or violation of rules;

Claims brought by third parties related to my actions.

4. MEDICAL & SAFETY RESPONSIBILITY

I authorize emergency medical treatment if needed and assume all costs for such care. I am responsible for ensuring my bike and gear are in safe condition, and I agree to:

Wear a certified helmet at all times while riding.

Follow all race rules and safety guidelines.

5. PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE

I grant GRRR the right to use my image and likeness in photos, videos, or promotions without compensation.

6. VOLUNTEER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT (IF APPLICABLE)

If volunteering, I acknowledge that I am donating my time without compensation, assume all risks, and release the Released Parties from liability for any injury while assisting with the event.

7. GOVERNING LAW & SEVERABILITY

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Nevada. If any part of this document is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect
