Pre-Event (4:00 PM – 6:00 PM): Set-up, registration prep, vendor coordination

Event (6:00 PM – 10:00 PM): Guest check-in, ushering, program support, media assistance

All Event (6:00 PM-10:00PM)- Be part of the team throughout the full event.

Post-Event (10:00 PM – 11:00 PM) – Break-down, packing, closing support
