End Of Life Return Form

Thank you for choosing to wear Orba shoes. As a budding start-up, it means a lot to us.

We are taking responsibility for the end-of-life of our products. The return process for New Zealand and Australian customers is easy and free.
If you're located elsewhere or having trouble completing the form, please email [email protected] with the subject line "End of life return".
1. Complete the form below.
2. Within 2 business days, you’ll receive an email from our shipping partner with a printable return label.
3. Reseal the box using the adhesive strip on the lid and clearly write your name, order number and "END OF LIFE" on the outside. Or use your own box or bag.
4. Print and securely attach the label to the packaging, making sure it's clearly visible.
5. Book your at-home collection by visiting the NZ Post link included with the return label and entering your tracking number. Alternatively, you can drop your labelled return into any NZ or Australian post office.
