ADHD FREE screening

If you are considering an ADHD assessment and would like to go through our FREE screening process to find out if this is a good idea, please answer these questions.

What is your first name?

What is your email address?

Step 1: Complete the ADHD Self-Report Questionnaire

The Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale (ASRS) is a short and widely used screening tool helps identify traits commonly associated with ADHD in adults. It’s not a diagnosis, but it can offer valuable insight into whether a full assessment might be helpful. Please go HERE and complete the form.

What score did you get at the end?

Step 2: Answer some more questions...

These questions are designed to help you reflect on patterns and experiences that may relate to ADHD. They include both core symptoms and lesser-known traits like emotional regulation, sensory processing, and hyperfocus. Try to answer in your own words, with examples if possible. There are no right or wrong answers — just your experience.
