Photography / Filming Consent Form

At times throughout the season the club may wish to take photos or videos of the team or individuals in it. We adhere to The FA Guidelines to ensure these are safe and respectful and used solely for the purposes for which they are intended, which is promotion and celebration of the activities of the club and for training purposes
In accordance with our child protection policy, we will not permit photographs, or other images of young people to be taken without consent.
Dudley Sports will take all steps to ensure these images are used solely for the purposes for which they are intended. If you become aware that these images are being used inappropriately, please inform us immediately.

A Message From Our Welfare Officer

Hi my name is Claire and I am the club's Welfare Officer here at Dudley Sports. It is my responsibility to safeguard the welfare of every child and young person, to make sure Dudley Sports is a safe and fun environment for everyone.
