Job Description:
The Operations Coordinator role will involve analysing and interpreting operational data, and leveraging these evaluations to provide strategic guidance for the Marketplace pillar of our business. The role will also include the forging and optimisation of existing or prospective relationships with pharmacy partners.
This position sits at the heart of our Marketplace operations, directly linked to our medicine delivery services, and will play a fundamental role in our ability to scale the pace and efficiency at which we provide the required services to our valued customers.
The requirements of this role would be optimally suited to a candidate who is comfortable and enjoys operating in a startup setting- where we experience a level of ambiguity and rapid changes to our business operations. Some soft skills that will be conducive to success in this role are skills such as agility, adaptability, attention-to-detail, problem solving and ingenuity.

Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder relationships - Build and nurture collaborative relationships with our stakeholders
- Operational excellence - Oversee our Marketplace operations
- Data analysis- Leveraging our operational data to optimise processes for increased efficiency
- Reporting - Providing accurate reports and finding trends to ensure decisions are made effectively and efficiently
- Onboarding & training - Efficiently onboarding new pharmacies onto marketplace
- Problem solving - We are a fast paced start-up and curveballs come up all the time. You will need to take a pro-active approach to solving these problems
