Skill Shikshya, an innovative and hands-on IT training school, is seeking an enthusiastic and meticulous Cybersecurity Mentor to join our team. In this role, you will guide students through the entire learning journey in the field of Cybersecurity, helping them develop essential skills and knowledge to get them placed in the industry.

📍 Job Details

👨‍🏫 Role: Part-Time Cyber Security Mentor

🕒 Schedule: 2 Hours/Day · 5 Days a Week

📅 Duration: 2.5 to 3 Months

🕘 Shift: Day Shift (2–4 PM) / (4–6 PM)

📍 Mode: Offline Class (Onsite in Kathmandu)

💼 Key Responsibilities

◎ Deliver interactive sessions on Cyber Security Fundamentals, Ethical Hacking, and Bug Bounty Hunting.

◎ Teach core concepts like Network Security, OWASP Top 10, Penetration Testing, and Cyber Hygiene best practices.

◎ Train students to master Linux-based tools (Kali Linux, Wireshark, Metasploit, Nmap) for real-world security testing.

◎ Guide learners through Bug Bounty strategies, vulnerability disclosure, and platforms like HackerOne, Bugcrowd, and Synack.

◎ Facilitate hands-on practice via CTFs, virtual labs, and simulated attack/defense scenarios.

◎ Assist students in interview prep and curating portfolios with documented vulnerability reports.

◎ Review assignments and provide personalized feedback to track and accelerate progress.

✅ Requirements

◎ 2+ years hands-on experience in Cybersecurity, Ethical Hacking, or Bug Bounty programs

◎ Tool mastery: Kali Linux, Burp Suite, Nmap, Wireshark, Metasploit, Nikto, SQLMap

◎ Bug bounty/vulnerability experience: Reporting, disclosure, and writing clear PoCs

◎ Deep knowledge of OWASP Top 10, CVEs, and exploitation methodologies

◎ Scripting skills (Python/Bash) for automation and reconnaissance tasks

◎ Teaching/mentoring background (preferred but not mandatory)

◎ Passionate educator with strong communication skills
