Mum Support App – Feedback Form

💬 We’re building a safe space for mums to unload — anytime, anywhere. Can you help?

Hi mums!

I’m Jess, a mum of two who's had plenty of “crying in the car” moments. I’m building an app designed for mums like us — a safe, non-judgmental space to let it out, process emotions, and feel validated 24/7.

I’d love your input to make sure it truly helps. It takes 2–3 minutes, and every answer helps shape something powerful for mums everywhere.

Thank you for being here 💛

Have you ever had an emotional breakdown alone (e.g., crying in the car, bathroom, late at night)?

Have you ever had an emotional breakdown alone (e.g., crying in the car, bathroom, late at night)?

In those moments, what do you need most? (prompt, distraction? Someone to listen?)

What usually stops you from reaching out for help when you’re overwhelmed? (e.g., don’t want to burden others, no one available, fear of judgment)

If you could press a button in those moments to get immediate support, what would you want that button to do? (No limits here!)

Would you use an app that lets you unload your emotions, be heard without judgment, and feel validated — anytime, anywhere?

What features would you LOVE to see in an app like this? (e.g., voice notes? Chat? Affirmations? Calming exercises? Personalised tips?)

How would you want the app to talk to you in tough moments?
