Before you go, let me tell you a little about myself

I started building because I often found myself somewhere in between: not in crisis, but not okay either.

I wasn’t ready for therapy, and even with a good support system (friends, family, the internet), I still felt exposed. Platforms like Reddit or Instagram helped me see I wasn’t alone, but they also made me feel like I had to 'perform' my pain.

Then I tried ChatGPT 'Therapy', Calm, Headspace, But at the end of the day, what I really needed was a safe space and a few human, empathetic voices.

That’s why I built Unmute - a place to speak freely, to listen, and to feel understood, without pressure to fix anything.
