Are you an exceptional educator ready to make a meaningful impact? Emerald Academy is seeking full-time, experienced, and passionate teachers to join our dynamic team. Under the direct supervision of our Head of Campuses, you will inspire and educate students in a nurturing Christian environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

1. Devoted Christian, committed to integrating Christian values into the learning environment

2. Citizen of Botswana and Fluent in English

3. Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience

4. Relevant teaching qualifications

5. Willing to participate in training programs to enhance teaching skills

Open-minded and adaptable to new educational contexts

6. Understands the mission of working with limited resources and modest salaries

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

8. Ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and the wider community

9. Passionate about education and committed to the holistic development of young children

10. Results-oriented leader with a strong work ethic

Fluency in both Setswana and English Added advantage:

1. Experience with international curricula (Cambridge IGCSE & O Level)

2. Class B driver’s License

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
