We're recruiting on behalf of a non-profit backed by Vista Equity Partners, Boston Consulting Group, PayPal, and W.K. Kellogg Foundation to accelerate funding, programming and outcomes in six Southern U.S. communities with significant African American populations: Atlanta, Birmingham, Charlotte, Houston, Memphis, and New Orleans. The organization is looking to bring on a Chief of Staff/Head of Operations to join their Executive team. Ideally based in Washington DC or any of the 6 cities listed above, remote on the east coast is possible for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate has 6-12 years of experience with a background in management consulting and exposure within finance and tech sectors. Non-profit/ community development/public sector/international development experience a bonus.
