Twice a year, we provide women founders with a 9-week program where they go from idea to MVP and an actionable plan for the year after the program.
However, we all know that the founder journey is not so easy. And we all have moments where we need a mentor, an advisor, a pep talk, or simply a cheerleader to remind us why we need to keep going. Do you want to be that mentor and cheerleader?
You commit to supporting one early-stage founder throughout their crucial idea-to-MVP journey for a period of 6 months, during which the founder can book 3 hours of your time per month. This dedicated one-to-one relationship allows you to guide them through the vulnerable early stages of entrepreneurship, helping refine their concept, identify potential customers, and shape their initial product.
Your consistent presence during this formative period provides a safe space for exploration and iteration, giving your founder the confidence to transform their nascent idea into something tangible and viable.
You are a founder, an ex-founder, or someone who has experience running and working in a startup space, and you should be based in the Nordics.
You bring your specialized expertise to founders who are just beginning to shape their ideas into reality. Your flexible commitment involves responding to specific needs when they align with your knowledge areas—perhaps offering feedback during a critical ideation session, joining for a single consultation about market validation, answering technical questions in our community chat, or providing industry-specific insights.
Your targeted guidance helps these early-stage entrepreneurs navigate the ambiguity of the idea stage, giving them valuable perspective exactly when they need it most.
You are an expert in your field—whether it's GTM strategies, AI, product development, or anything else that can bring value to early-stage founders. You don’t need to be a founder yourself, but if you have experience in startups, that's an extra point. And you should be based in the Nordics!
