🏆 Competition Mechanics

Eligibility:
Accredited Rescue Units, LGUs, NGOs, Emergency Response Teams

5 Members per Team (must include 1 Team Leader)

General Rules:
Teams must wear proper PPE and IDs at all times.

Personal/non-standard equipment not allowed unless specified.

Each mission has a set time limit.

Scoring based on Speed, Accuracy, Teamwork, Safety.

Judges’ decisions are final.

Mission Scenarios:
Mass Casualty Incident (Road Crash) –Volunteers-led

Water Search & Rescue (Capsized Boat) – OCD/PCG-led

Tactical Rescue Operation (Electrocution) – PNP/AFP-led

Fire Hazard & Response (2-Story House Fire) – BFP/Fire Volunteers-led
