GDG-On Campus @ IU x Shoemaker Innovation Center: Introduction to LLM (Gemini)

Welcome to Indiana University's Google Developer Group - On Campus! Join us for the an Introduction to LLM (Gemini) workshop on November 13th at 6:15 PM! This event will guide participants through the powerful capabilities of Gemini, Google's generative AI, with hands-on activities designed for beginners and tech enthusiasts alike. This event includes three interactive sections:

1. Presentation: Learn about Gemini and how its LLM capabilities are transforming productivity, particularly within Google Workspace. We’ll cover key features like function-calling and multi-modality.

2. Code Labs: Get practical experience with the Gemini API by automating real-world tasks. You’ll work on building AI models and integrating Gemini with Google Workspace tools, such as automating email drafts and setting up meetings using AI-generated insights.

3. Hands-On Exercise: Put your new skills into action! Choose from a selection of code labs to apply Gemini’s features, exploring how LLMs can streamline your work processes.
