In a time of urban transformation and shifting music consumption habits, this event brings together Berlin’s independent record shop operators, club culture actors, and music lovers to explore the role of record stores as vital cultural spaces. The evening features a panel discussion with key representatives from Berlin’s vinyl ecosystem, followed by a Q&A and a relaxed networking session with drinks, music, and crate-digging.

This event is for free, including snacks and is organised by Clubcommission Berlin e.V. as part of the “Clubkultur Stärken” project. The project is funded by the Senate Department for Economics, Energy and Enterprises of the State of Berlin.

Plattenläden sind seit langem mehr als nur Verkaufsräume – sie sind Orte der Entdeckung, des kulturellen Austauschs und der Gemeinschaftsbildung. In einer Zeit des urbanen Wandels und sich verändernder Musikkonsumgewohnheiten bringt diese Veranstaltung Berlins unabhängige Plattenladenbetreiber, Akteure der Clubkultur und Musikliebhaber zusammen, um die Rolle von Plattenläden als wichtige kulturelle Räume zu erkunden.

Der Abend bietet eine Podiumsdiskussion mit wichtigen Vertretern der Berliner Vinyl-Szene, gefolgt von einer Fragerunde und einer entspannten Networking-Session mit Getränken, Musik und Crate-Digging.
