The Blossom Effect x PlantCon International Grant Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

Applicants must be at least 18 years old at the time of application.

Applicants must identify as LGBTQ+ and/or BIPOC.

The applicant’s business must be plant-based, incorporating plants into products, services, education, or community initiatives.

Applicants must reside in the United States.

Both for-profit and non-profit ventures are eligible to apply.
Application & Selection Process

Applications must be submitted through the official PlantCon Dallas grant form before Saturday October 18, 2025 by 8pm CST.

Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted.

One recipient will be selected for PlantCon Dallas based on creativity, impact, alignment with The Blossom Effect’s values, and potential for growth.
The grant recipient will be announced on Sunday October 19th, 2025 at 2:30pm CST at the Dallas PlantCon Presentation Stage.
Previous Blossom Effect grant recipients are not eligible to apply.

Selection decisions are made by an internal review panel and are final. Feedback will not be provided.
Grant Disbursement

The selected recipient will receive a one-time $3000 grant, issued via electronic payment within 14 business days following PlantCon Dallas.

Funds must be used to support the recipient’s business growth or sustainability.

The recipient may be asked to provide a short follow-up (such as a testimonial, update, or photo) detailing how the funds were used.
Publicity & Promotion

By accepting the grant, the recipient agrees to allow The Blossom Effect and PlantCon International to share their name, likeness, and submitted materials (e.g., photos, business description) for promotional use related to PlantCon Dallas.

Shared content may be used in marketing materials, social media, and press coverage.
Additional Terms

The Blossom Effect and PlantCon International reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the grant at any time.

The grant is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other equivalents.
