ROLE DESCRIPTION
MISSION:
Grow Catalyst Chemistry by understanding, educating and enrolling students who are a fit for our program

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Taking ownership over the Sales function of Catalyst Chemistry, taking it to the next level
🌐 Fully remote
→ Call and text leads from wherever you are. No travel, no commuting.

Calling interested leads, understanding their needs
🚀
Presenting Catalyst as the best solution on the market
🚀
Closing enrolments and assisting with payment
🚀
Following up hanging/pending leads via SMS or call
🚀
Tracking leads and conversions in CRM
🚀
Answering minor onboarding questions post-close
=> Secondary responsibilities:
Responding to DMs on socials (mainly Instagram), advising on improvements to the sales funnel, occasionally attending Catalyst dinners or team events (once a quarter)
COMMITMENT:
Term 4 Enrolment Cycle:
August 4th-October 8th
(Option to extend into 2026 if things go well)

1-2 hours/day for 4-6 days/week
(Weekdays anytime after 4pm, Weekends anytime - choose your own hours flexibly!). This may increase further in peak periods and during sales sprints if we have significant interest!
