🔍 General Rules for Feedback

- Don’t sugarcoat it – If it sucks, say so. We’re not your nan.
- Be specific – “I got confused at step 3” is gold. “It felt weird” is bin.
- Assume we know nothing – Pretend we’ve never seen our own site. If a step needs hand-holding, we want to know.
- Spot the lies – Some copy is filler. Highlight anything misleading, wrong, or buzzword-bullshitty.
- Browser/Device Notes – If it breaks on Firefox from 2008, we don’t care. But tell us if it breaks on Chrome or Safari today.
- Don't just focus on bugs – Comment on tone, flow, logic, layout, clarity, and how you felt using it.
- Be mean. With love. – You’re making Olilo better.
