Use this form to submit proposals for partnerships that will be looked at and reviewed by Protocol Relations (ProRel) contributors at Lido DAO. Proposals are reviewed on a rolling basis.

Note: after submitting this form, if the ProRel contributors at Lido DAO find the proposal interesting and wants to explore more, one of the contributors will reach back out to you via one of the contacts you left in the form. If the ask is for incentive support, the proposal will be forwarded to the liquidity committee.
