Directory is reprinted once a year in the Spring, prior to Art-A-Whirl®. Please choose the name you want to be listed as on our PRINTED directory: You may list both a business name and a personal name, unless your personal name is already part of your business name and you want them listed the same way alphabetically.
Note: If your personal name is part of your business name (e.g., John Smith Art) and you want both listed in the directory, they must be alphabetized differently. We do not list business names directly under matching personal names to avoid redundancy and save space.
If your display name is (or contains) your first and last name (ie: John Smith Art or John Smith), do you want to be listed by first or last name alphabetically on the directory? (If you don’t choose, we’ll alphabetize by last name.)
The name you want to be listed as on our Website. If you want to be listed under both (for example, if you want to list yourself as an artist and your gallery) please fill out a separate form for each entity.

Images that are not square will be cropped in. NKB logo will be substituted for submissions lacking images.
This site may be same as website if one's website allows purchases. If your website does not allow direct purchases, it will not be included on the E-Shop page.
