1. All These Little Things: On Day 1, we take stock of the littler things in our lives, and see the kind of impact they have on us, and hear about other people's little things too.
2. The Sound of Silence: Day 2 will have us digging inside our minds, as we prepare for everything that 2024 will throw at us - the good, the bad, and also the plain.
3. Ob-la-di Ob-la-da: We will look at some of the things that have helped us deal with life in the past. We will share hacks with each other, and try to find ways to make this journey easier and more fun.
4. Don't Stop Believin': On the final day, we will aim to make conscious decisions in various aspects of our lives. We will think about our priorities, and actively choose what we want our 2024 to look like.
Look, life is hard, and things won't always work out, but this will be a start and it will go a long way to helping us on our way.
